Black Chapel is a hand-forged katana in T10 carbon steel, created for those seeking an expressive sword with both strength and presence. Black Chapel has a hand-polished edge, marked hamon and a distinctive blood groove (bohi) that gives both relief and character.
The attention to detail makes each piece unique, from the steel-colored blade to the winding brushstrokes in the black/yellow lacquered saya. The handle is wrapped in black cotton over authentic stingray leather (samegawa) for maximum grip and a traditional feel.
