Blade and construction
The blade is forged from T10 high-carbon steel , clay tempered with authentic hamon , providing a perfect balance between hardness and flexibility.
The recessed blood groove (bohi) reduces weight and creates a clear clanking sound when moving.
Each sword is full tang , ensuring stability and longevity.
Handles and details
The handle ( tsuka ) is wrapped in cotton over genuine stingray leather (samegawa) for a stable, comfortable gripping surface.
Fittings ( tsuba, fuchi, kashira ) are made of metal with nature-inspired motifs, which reinforces the green theme and Japanese tradition.
The scabbard ( saya ) has a deep, green metallic finish with a subtle sheen.
