Return Policy
We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from the date you received your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused and in its original packaging.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Swords marked as “Forged to Order” or "pre-order" are manufactured specifically for you once the order is placed. These items are made-to-order and are therefore exempt from the right of withdrawal under EU consumer protection regulations.
Once production has begun, the order becomes binding and cannot be cancelled or returned.
This also applies to swords with:
- Custom blade dimensions
- Engraving
- Imported Japanese cotton
- Modified fittings or other custom specifications
14-Day Right of Withdrawal (EU)
If your goods are being shipped within the EU, you also have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.
As with our regular return policy, the item must be in the same condition you received it unused, with all tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund is approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
