The E-DNA is an uncompromising katana forged from T10 high carbon steel , designed for collectors who value both craftsmanship and visual character. The blade has undergone traditional clay hardening , resulting in a genuine and vibrant hitatsura hamon with natural variation, each blade is unique and impossible to reproduce exactly.
Blade
The blade is hand-ground and hand-polished in several stages , a time-consuming process that highlights both the steel's internal structure and the advanced heat treatment. The result is a blade with clear contrast, depth, and an expression that only arises through genuine craftsmanship.
Saya
One of the sword's most prominent features is its saya, made from imported Brazilian ebony . This exclusive wood is known for its density, weight and deep, almost black tone, giving the sword both visual weight and a distinct premium feel.
The koiguchi, kurigata and kojiri are fitted with black horn , a classic and exclusive detail that both enhances durability and highlights the sword's high level of quality.
Tsuka
The handle is wrapped with black ito over genuine stingray leather (samegawa) for a secure grip and classic feel. The assembly is complemented by carefully selected copper fittings with a silver and gold plated finish , creating a balanced contrast against the dark overall look.
E-DNA is a sword where material choice, forging technique and aesthetics interact, a clear expression of Ghost Blade's philosophy.
