Voltage

Voltage is an exclusive hand-forged sword for those seeking function, balance and a powerful artistic expression. The blade is forged from T10 steel, with genuine hamon and blood groove (bohi) which gives the blade both visual strength and sound reduction when swinging.

The surface of the sayan is lacquered in a high-gloss wood finish and adorned with an eye-catching brushstroke pattern in electric blue and flaming orange, an expression that evokes lightning flashes against a dark sky. The handle (tsuka) is wrapped in navy blue cotton with an underlying indigo blue samegawa (stingray leather) wrapping, enhancing the aesthetics of the grip.

The sword carries a detailed solid brass tsuba with engravings of flying leaves and blades of grass sweeping in the wind on one side, and a stylized electric pattern on the other, reinforcing the theme of powerful movement. The habakin has a brass mesh pattern with polished lines, and at the back the sword is finished with a kashira decorated with a raised dragonfly, subtle yet distinctive. Metal menuki with natural motifs, such as insects and leaves, add further depth to the design and reinforce its organic theme.
