The Usurper

The Usurper is a katana for those who don't follow, but take their place. Every detail is shaped to signal dominance, from the hand-carved saya with gilded ornamentation to the raw power of the brightly reflective hamon line on the easy-to-handle T10 blood groove blade.

The sword's fittings are heavily decorated in brass and copper, with dragon motifs in the tsuba and fiery symbols on the kashira. The handle is wrapped in black cotton over white genuine stingray skin (samegawa), with golden accents and brass details that enhance the sublime feel.
